What it does

Windows refuses to delete, rename, or move a file while another program has it open (“The action can’t be completed because the file is open in another program”). LimUnlock shows which program holds the file or folder, lets you release the lock, and can then delete, rename or move the item for you. If the item is still locked, it can do the action at the next Windows restart.
